Construction of the following (1) one no. light industrial unit (unit no. 7) with ancillary office space (2) minor alterations to the northern end of the commercial park access road which was granted under planning permission reference no. 21/04093 (3) signage, car parking, site fencing, site lighting, drainage systems and roof top solar PV panels and (4) all associated site development and landscape works.
