(A) Permission for retention sought to retain dwelling as constructed on site including site layout (previous Pl. Reg. W/00/2009 refers), (B) Permission sought to alter and extend said dwelling with the following: 1. Replace roof dormer windows with new dormer window designs, 2. Construct new front extension (south elevation), construct side extension (west elevation) and construct a new rear porch entrance to dwelling (north elevation), 3. Replace all existing windows with new window designs, 4. Construct new domestic garage, 5. Complete site entrance arrangements as per the Permission granted under Pl. Reg. W/00/2009 and for all associated site works.
