a) Retention of land reclamation works undertaken on-site which involved the infilling of 11,623 m3 of inert fill material over an area of 0.67 hectares. b) Retention of the Material Change of Use of the site, from a site used as agricultural land and for the keeping of horses, to a site used as a timber cutting and carving yard. c) Retention of a timber shed structure previously constructed and currently used on-site for storing timber cutting and carving equipment and material. d) The development of a proposed timber storage shed (15m x 18m L-shaped shed, 183 m2 gross floor area). e) The development of proposed ancillary development, including; a new recessed site entrance, hedgerow screening, concrete post and rail fencing, a stormwater collection and drainage system, a wastewater drainage and treatment system, and a water supply conneciton. f) The erection of an advertising sign located at the site entrance (2 m x 1.5 m in size)
