The construction of 36 no. residential units comprising of 6 no. 3 bed townhouses, 15 no. 2. bed and 15 no. 1 bed units (the 30 no. 1 and 2 bed units are a mix of apartments/ duplex units and simplex units). The units ranging in height from 2 to 3 storeys. Permission is also sought for the construction of 2 no. retail units [café and beauty salon] at ground floor level. The development also includes landscaping, drainage, boundary treatments, 60 no. bicycle parking spaces, 40 no. car parking spaces (36 to serve the residential units and 4 to serve the retail), bin storage, play area, planting/ screening and all associated site development works. A Natura Impact Statement will be submitted to the planning authority with this application.
