Permission for modifications to our existing dwelling house, namely: i) construction of a single storey extension to the side (east) elevation, ii) construction of a single storey extension to the rear (north) elevation, iii) insert 2 no. velux roof lights on the existing front roof, iv) revisions to some of the existing opes - their size and locations on the front and rear elevation of existing dwelling, so as to suit new internal room layouts, v) removal of both chimney stacks and vi) insert a canopy roof overhang on front (south) elevation over new external front slider door ope.
