Permission for (i) The retention of 2 no. one storey modular buildings for office use adjacent to the existing finished goods building, (ii) the construction of a two storey modular building for welfare use at ground floor level and office use at first floor level, to the north west of the existing warehouse building with enclosed stairway access to the first floor level, and (iii) all ancillary site development works at their production facility.The proposed development is covered by an existing Industrial Emissions Directive License No. P0013. As the development refers to a modification to an establishment to which the Major Accident Directive applies, information as specified in the Third Schedule of the Major Accident Regulations will be submitted with the application.
