Permission for alterations to permisson as per granted under Pl. Reg. No: 17/448 for 13 no. dwellings and 13 no. domestic garages and altered under Pl. Reg No. 18/596 to consist of: i) Permission for a change of house design for 2 of the permitted dwellings (House No. 10 & 12) from a C type ii) Permission for the change of house design for House No. 13 from a C type to a new E type; iii) Permission for the minor relocation of the house, garage and driveway including, revised ground levels and layout of southern boundaries at sites No. 10-13; iv) Permission for the relocation of the turning bay and the removal of one pedestrian crossing along the access road and all associated site works
