a) conversion of an existing mainstream classroom to a central activities space and associated alterations to elevations (b) construction of a special educational needs (SEN) base extension to the east of the existing facility consisting of 1 no. mainstream classrooms, 2 no. classroom safe bases, 2 no. small safe places, 1 no. toilet and shower area, 1 no. multi-sensory room, 1 no. staff toilets, 2 no. storage rooms, 1 no. linen room and an office along with play area and proposed yard extension at the existing school and all associated site works.
