(a) Construct a split-level single-story extension to rear of existing dwelling. (b) demolish existing outhouse, construct new box dormer to front roof elevation and carry out elevational changes and minor internal alterations to existing dwelling. (c) decommission existing septic tank and install new wastewater treatment unit and all ancillary site works.
