1) Retention of existing workshop building and change of use of same from commercial joinery workshop to a domestic workshop/garage; 2) retention of additional roof window on eastern roof pitch of rear extension of existing dwelling house; 3) permission for conversion of existing attached garage to habitable space; 4) permission to decommission existing septic tank and soak-pit serving existing dwelling house and replace it with a new treatment plant and filter & all associated site works.
