a) Retention of revised site boundaries to extend residential area beyond original permission 00/2004 (b) permission to (i) construct a single storey extension to the west gable of existing dwelling (ii) renovate/ alter existing dwelling - alter roof over porch from pitch roof to flat and elevation changes (iii) construct a domestic shed to rear of dwelling (iv) decommission existing septic tank and install new treatment unit and sand polishing filter and (v) all associated site works.
