(a) Retention of land reclamation works undertaken on-site which involved the infilling of 11,623 m3 of inert fill material over an area of 0.67 hectares. (b) Retention of material change of use of the site; from a site used as agricultural land and for the keeping of horses, to a site used as a timber cutting and carving yard. (c) Retention of timber shed structure previously constructed and currently used on-site for storing timber cutting and carving equipment and material (4 m x 6.5 m shed, 26 m2 gross floor area). (d) The development of a proposed timber storage shed (15 m x 18 m L-shaped shed, 183 m2 gross floor area) (e) The development of proposed ancillary development including; a new recessed site entrance, hedgerow screening, concrete post and rail fencing, a storm water collection and drainage system, a wastewater drainage and treatment system, and a water supply connection. (f) The erection of an advertising sign located at the site entrance (2 m x 1.5 m in size).
