The construction of a two storey value added seafood factory building with R&D and ancillary office accommodation to the first floor, complete with the following (i) signage (ii) car, cycle and motorcycle parking; (iii) internal access roadways, yard area with dock levellers, w.c. and shower facilities, back-up generators, and bunded fuel tanks (iv) fire water storage tank and associated pumps; (v) substation; (vi) security gates and fencing (vii) 1 no. access to the estate road; (viii) underground storm water attenuation, and all associated site development and landscaping works.
