Permission is being sought to construct a new single storey extension to the front of existing dwelling along with new first-floor extension comprising of 2 bedrooms by extending existing hipped roof out to new gable wall over existing study room (to be converted to living area with shower room to be used as student accommodation.) The works also include the conversion of attic to home office, Bedroom, and storage with dormer window to rear and all associated site works.
