The construction of a 30 no bedroom, three-storey extension to the existing Radisson Blu Hotel & Spa. The proposed development makes provision for internal alterations to the existing hotel to accommodate the proposed extension, including the omission of 2 no. existing hotel rooms at upper floors, omission of meeting room/administrative space at ground floor level and all ancillary works including rooftop plant. The proposed development consists of works within the curtilage of a Protected Structure
