a) Retention for alterations to the canopy to the western (rear) elevation granted under Planning Permission No. 18/4275, b) Permission for a new single storey warehouse extension to the western and northern elevations of the existing warehouse building and c) fenestration and door alterations to existing western and northern elevations and all associated site works at the existing warehouse building.
