Permission for proposed works : 1) to decommission existing underground fuel storage tanks serving the existing filling station; 2) to install new underground fuel storage tanks on site; 3) to decommission exiting septic tank and to install new waste water treatment system and associated sand polishing filter to serve the existing amenity building; 4) to remove the existing manual car wash from site and all associated ancillary site works.
