Permission to carry out the following works on existing dwelling house. 1. Construct a First Floor Extension / Granny Flat, to the existing first floor, on the western (rear) side of the existing dwelling house. 2. Place an additional roof skylight on the front, eastern, side of the existing dwelling houses roof. 3. Construct a PV Solar Panel Array, 16.8 sq.m., on the western, rear, proposed extension flat roof. 4. Construct a fire escape stairs, at the western, rear of the dwelling house, from the proposed modified first floor to the rear patio. 5. Carry out all associated site works.
