(i) construction of outdoor activity centre; (ii) ancillary on-site car, bicycle and boat parking provision; (iii) associated signage; (iv) the upgrading of the existing access into and through the site including a swale incorporating the length of the site with drainage to commogue marsh; (v) landscaping including fencing, new boundary treatments, lighting, and pedestrian linkages to nearby footpaths, with all associated site works and ancillary services.
