Retention and completion of 3 no. partially constructed two-bedroom (4 persons) apartments, at fifth and sixth storey on block 3, which is part of a residential development of 6 blocks in two buildings. Private open space for 2 no. apartments will be provided in the form of terraces to the east and west. The proposal includes the provision for bins stores. The development will complete a 95 no. unit apartment development, which was constructed under reg. ref. 00/7674 (ABP Reg. Ref. PL04. 131129) as extended under Reg. Ref: 08/7493 and further extended under Reg. Ref. 12/5005. The total unit mix will be as follows: 59 no. two-bed (3 persons) and 36 no. two-bed (4 persons). the gross floor space of the development shall increase from 7,426.4sq.m to 7,850.5sq.m. The development includes for all associated site works and services.
