Extension on to an existing dwelling. Works to consist of, 1. The relocation of existing patio area, rainwater gullies, access junctions and underground drainage and utilities, on the West side of the existing dwelling. 2. Demolition of a section of existing footpath on West side of existing dwelling. 3. New drainage and rainwater gullies and access junctions to tie in with existing system 4. The construction of a single storey extension to the West Elevation of the existing dwelling.
