Permission for removal of condition No. 19 of residential development Planning Reg. No. 15/6753, which specified that ‘Details for the proposed pedestrian route / link with the Owenabue Estate, including details regarding surfacing, lighting, boundaries, landscaping, etc., shall be submitted and agreed with the Planning Authority prior to the commencement of development works on site’. This application seeks to allow for the omission of this linkage between Owenabue Estate and the Mill Farm development, currently under construction: Planning Ref. 15-6753 and Extension of Duration Planning Ref. 21-04818
