The construction of single storey extensions to existing split-level dwelling, modifications to said dwelling, the upgrade of the current foul drainage infrastructure by decommissioning the existing septic tank and cess pit wastewater treatment system and the installation/construction of a new tertiary wastewater treatment system, revisions to the vehicular entrance arrangements to facilitate sightlines and all associated site works.
