The construction of a single dwelling house, the renovation and conversion of an existing derelict dwelling house to use as a detached domestic garage (including demolition of existing 12.78 sq. m. / 137.56 sq. ft. single-storey lean-to extension to rear, construction of new roof, and alterations to elevations), the upgrading of an existing site entrance, the installation of a private well, the installation of a wastewater treatment unit and associated soil polishing filter, and all ancillary works.
