Permission for the partial demolition of the existing sunroom to the rear (east) and construction of a single-storey to the rear (east) of our dwelling with internal alterations and elevational changes to suit. Permission is also sought for an additional first-floor window to the side (south) and an additional ground floor window to the side (north) of our dwelling with all associated site works. Retention permission is also sought for the single-storey extension to the side (north) of our dwelling.
