The site layout changes include (a) Alterations to site boundary to allow for the exclusion of site entrance as previously permitted. (b) Formation of new vehicular entrance to give access to dwelling as permitted and access to adjoining existing family dwelling. (c) Closing of existing entrance to adjoining existing family dwellling. (d) Alterations to house location within site and all associated site works.
