Permission for a change of plan of the proposed residential development previously permitted under Cork County Council Planning reference 19/6677. Permission is sought for the construction of 5 no. residential units, consisting of 3 no. 4 bedroom detached dwelling houses and 2 no. 4 bedroom semi-detached dwelling houses, in place of 5 no. 4 bedroom detached dwelling houses as previously permitted under Plg.reg.no. 19/6677. The proposed dwellings will be served by individual wastewater treatment systems and associated sand polishing filters. Vehicular access to the proposed development will be provided via proposed site entrance as permitted under Pl.Reg.no. 19/6677. Permission is sought for modifications to permitted internal access road layout, associated infrastructure services, and all ancillary site works.
