Permission for retention of dwelling as constructed (change of house type and layout from that permitted under pl. reg. no. 06/8245 to include attic conversion, alterations to elevations, enlarged ground floor area, solar panels, roof lights and position of dwelling) retention of garage as constructed, and retention of entrance as constructed, together with all ancillary development works.
