(i) The construction of 17 no. dwellings (4 no. two storey semi-detached dwellings, 3 no. two storey terraced dwellings and 10 no. two & three storey detached dwellings); each dwelling is served by a rear garden private amenity space, on site and or street side car parking. (ii) provision of public open space to serve the development (shared with the existing Ard Caladh Estate), street lighting, internal roadways with connection to Upper Cork Hill via the existing road network within the completed Ard Caladh, Cnoc Aoibhinn & Gort Aoibhinn estates, footpaths, foul and SUD's surface drainage, landscaping & boundary treatments and all ancillary infrastructure and engineering works necessary to facilitate the development.
