(A) Demolition of existing dormer dwelling and garage, together with decommissioning existing site entrance at site no.10 Castlerock and construction of new dormer dwelling; (B) Construction of 2 no. split level dwellings to rear of existing dwellings on Site Nos. 9 & 10; (C)Provision of new site access roadway (including road boundary setback) to facilitate the proposed development; (D) Provision of new site services (including wastewater pump sumps and rising mains together with storm water soakaways) and all associated site works.
