Change of use from warehouse to light industrial use requiring a waste facility permit for blocks 6 & 8 within the existing premises. The proposal, which is to control and redirect the liquid, glass, metal, cardboard waste generated both by the process within the existing building and also from intake of similar goods from clients by out of date or damaged products to a recovery/recyclable product aimed at zero waste to landfill. These proposals do not involve any extension to the existing floor area or alterations to the external elevations or boundaries of the existing building.
