Permission is sought for alterations to existing dwelling house to include (1) proposed ground floor extensions, first floor modifications and attic conversion, (2)the construction of a new single storey entrance porch on the northern elevation, (3) raise the ridge by 17cm and alter roof to rear & (4) carry out all associated site works.
