Construction of 18 no. dwelling houses (reconfiguration and change of layout of part of the permitted residential layout granted under Pl. Reg. No. 18/5545 at site no's 13 - 30, to re-orientate and re-arrange the layout of 12 no. 3 bed semi-detached houses and 6 no. 3 bed terrace houses), re-location of site entrance, landscaping, public lighting, soakways and all associated development.
