Alterations to the permitted warehouse/ workshop building permitted by Planning Reference 16/4333 (and subsequently extended by Planning Reference 21/6172) and all other ancillary site development works. The proposed development comprises alterations and reconfiguration of ground floor workshop area to accommodate additional workshops and office space, staff welfare and service areas and the provision of a new internal mezzanine first floor providing office, staff welfare and service/ plant areas. The proposed development also includes associated elevational changes to the existing building to accommodate the provision of new fire escape stairs, access ramp and service/plant areas. The proposed development is for modifications to an establishment to which the major accident directive applies and is for the purpose of activity requiring an Integrated Pollution Control Licence [Industrial Emissions Directive (IED) Licence]
