Construction of a new car showroom building consisting of a car showroom facility and a attached car workshop facility behind this. Permission is also sought for a new vehicular /pedestrian entrance from the public road, signage, new railing boundary at public foorpath, car parking, bike stands, landscaping, access road and all associated ancillary site works.
