The construction of a new warehouse (5,176m2) which incorporates a 3 storey area over the loading bays, a two storey connection corridor to the existing building (970m2), a site security building (110m2), a logistics yard, a contractor compound, an extension to the existing staff carpark and an access road on the western boundary of the existing site. Works will include required alterations to the existing internal layout, all necessary demolitions and modifications as well as all associated site development works, including a new surface water connection to the existing industrial estate infrastructure, internal roads, retaining structures, plant areas, pedestrian foot paths, modifications to the site boundary fence line and new vehicular access barriers
