Permission for the following: (1) for alterations, extension, and a change of use of existing domestic storage shed for use as a granny flat unit ancillary to main dwelling and (2) to decommission existing septic tank and percolation area serving existing dwelling and to replace same with a new wastewater treatment unit and percolation area to serve existing main dwelling and new ancillary granny flat unit and all associated site works and services.
