Permission to develop site for community activites. The development will consist of the following: (a) demolish existing derelict agricultural shed, (b) children's playground with surrounding fencing, (c) all weather 7 a side astro pitch with associated flood lighting and fencing and boundary wall works, (d) hard surface for squash court with surrounding walls, (e) hard surface for basketball play area with surrounding fencing, (f) site parking and green areas, (g) all associated site works - a change to scheme previously permitted under Planning Reference 21/5254. Previously permitted all weather playing pitch, single storey community building, site entrance and roadside boundary wall to remain as previously permitted.
