The development consists of (A) retention permission for existing attic layout including 1 no. dormer and 2 no. roof lights to rear elevation (north) of existing dwelling, (B) retention permission for existing ground floor external doors to side elevation (east) of existing dwelling, (C) planning permission for a new ground floor, single storey rear extension (circa 12.5 sqm) to existing dwelling and new waste water treatment system and surface water drainage, and (D) retention permission for site boundaries and landscaping (change from that permitted by PL.ref 00/1102), and all site works associated with the above mentioned development.
