Permission to construct new two storey dwelling house. Proposed works to includes: 1) new dwelling to be accessed via new site entrance & new access driveway; 2) construction of new ancillary domestic domestic garage; 3) installation of new wastewater treatment system to serve new dwelling; 4) new on site bored well; and, 5) all associated ancillary site works including on site landscaping works.
