Permission for: (1) The construction of new single-store extension to the upper floor level of existing split-level dwelling house, to the west facing elevation to accommodate new utility room, new bathroom and new bedroom (change of plans and elevations for that which was granted under planning permission ref. no. 22/41325); (2) Permission is also sought for the following: (A) Conversion of part of existing balcony into habitable space, via the construction of new single-storey extension; (B) Alterations to the existing south facing elevation to include the removal of existing windows and rooflights and installation of new external doors serving the south facing balcony; (C) Construction of an extension of the existing aforementioned balcony to south facing elevation; (D) Replacement of existing window and rooflights with new dormer window to south facing elevation; (E) Minor elevational changes to existing elevations; (3) Permission is also sought for decommissioning of existing septic tank and installation of new waste water treatment system on site to serve the existing dwelling house; (4) And all associated ancillary site works.
