Permission for the construction of 14 no. dwellinghouses (2 no. two-storey detached dwellinghouses & 12 no. two-storey semi-detached dwellinghouses) and all associate site development works. This application is a change of layout and increase in density from 11 to 14 no. dwellinghouses permitted under Plg. Reg. No. 18/4666. The application also includes for the exclusion of the vehicular entrance permitted under Plg. Reg. No. 18/4666. The proposed new road network shall connect to the internal estate road permitted under Plg. Reg. No. 20/5569 to the immediate east of the subject site.
