(1) Upgrade works to the existing waste water treatment plant consisting of the following: (a) Construct a 2,105m3 concrete anoxic tank (24.4m dia. x 5m high). The base of the tank is to be located at 3m below the existing ground level, (b) Install additional aeration system to the oxidation ditch, (c) Realignment of part of the existing berm to facilitate the upgrade works, (d) modifications to existing underground pipework to integrate the modification works into the existing waste water treatment plant and (e) associated site works. The development relates to an activity in relation to which a revised integrated pollution, prevention and control licence is required.
