Removing splayed driveway walls (keep pillars at entrance), removing existing porch at the side of the dwelling, removing n2 chimneys, removing a window at front elevation and remodeling window & door openings at side and rear of the house. relocating entrance to north and construct new porch, constructing 2 new garden walls at side, pergola at rear and new photovoltaic panels on south roof and associated site works.
