Permission for the modification of the industrial development previously permitted under cork county council p.a ref. no. 21/6058 to include : (1) Increase floor area of industrial workshop/office building from3171sqm (permitted) to 4441sqm (proposed) to be constructed over a single phase of development; (2) Amendments to the permitted site layout including the relocation and redesign of the internal roadway with no change to the site entrance; relocation and redesign of car parking with no increase to the number of parking spaces previously permitted; and increase in bicycle spaces from 8 no. (permitted) to 15 no. (proposed); (3) Increase in the number of rooftop Solar PV panels from 1850sqm (permitted) to 3092sqm (proposed); (4) All ancillary associated works including minor amendments to landscaping and site services.
