Permission for retention of changes to the construction of a detached building permitted under Pl Reg. No. 19/00344 consisting of: 1) Alterations to fenestration and entrance to building with reversal of living Accommodation to first floor and studio space to ground floor for use ancillary to existing dwelling, 2) Retention of adjacent shed (originally scheduled to be demolished) including new timber cladding to facade. Permission for retention is also sought for change of use of the existing garage to use as ancillary studio bedroom accommodation. Permission is sought for changes to the existing waste water treatment system including the retention of a second septic tank and associated siteworks.
