Permission for the erection of a 2-storey dwelling within the remaining walls of the old Foundry buildings at Kennedy Park, Riverside Way, Townparks, Midleton, Co. Cork. The Foundry building is a protected structure recorded in the Cork County Development Plan under No 02509 as Iron Foundry Buildings, Kennedy Park, Midleton. The development will include necessary repairs to the existing protected structure and will include all associated site development works and connection to local public services. A Flood Risk Assessment report, an Archaeological Report, and an Architectural Impact Assessment Report will be submitted to the planning authority with this application.
