1. Permission for retention for (a) retain existing site layout and site boundaries (b) retain existing house orientation (i.e. handed house plan to that as permitted under PL Reg No 95/73); 2. Permission sought for the following: (c) demolish unauthorised domestic garage attached to side (northwest) of house, construct new side (northwest) bedroom extension and front (southwest) porch extension (d) form new door ope to side (southeast) elevation (e) replace all existing windows and door with new window and door sets and alter side of bathroom window to rear (northeast)of house (f) replace existing roof tiles with new black fiber slates, remove existing chimney and fit new stove chimney flue, install 2 no. velux rooflight windows to rear (northeast) roof area and to render over all existing brick facades (g) cease unauthorised foul sewer connection to adjoining septic tank and install new on-site sewerage treatment to serve dwelling.
