Permission to retain; (i) extraction of rock within an overall extraction footprint area of 3.74 hectares down to extraction floor established under planning permission ref no. 668/89. (ii) aggregate processing, stockpiling & loading on an area of 0.7 hectares within the existing extracted floor & 0.17 hectares adjacent to access roadway, near extraction area. (iii) facilities building & associated works (iv) use of existing storm-water control management & drainage system. (v) use of entrance & access roadway and associated works of 0.26 hectares all for a period of less than five years.
