1) Retention permission of; a) the existing single storey sunroom extension located at the rear (south) elevation and b) the existing single storey extension located at the side (west) elevation of our dwelling house; 2) Permission for construction of a two-storey extension to the side (west) elevation of our existing dwelling house and all associated site works. *Note - part of the existing single storey side extension (which is being retained) will be incorporated into the proposed two-storey side extension design.
